Shipping Policy

At Luneo, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, after which tracking details will be sent directly to your email. Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. If you select Priority Shipping, your order will be fast-tracked for quicker delivery and handling. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected courier delays. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, our support team is always here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Luneo, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Returns due to change of mind may require the customer to cover return shipping costs. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Certain hygienic or personal-use items cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or final-sale items may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
